We aim for the website to follow recognised accessibility good practice, including clear headings, readable contrast, keyboard access, descriptive link text, form labels, alternative text for meaningful images and captions or transcripts where practical.

Users should be able to zoom text, navigate key pages by keyboard, use common screen-reader technology and understand forms and error messages. The developer should test checkout, registration and quote forms on mobile and desktop and address material barriers before launch.

Some third-party payment, social-media, map, ticketing or embedded content may not be fully controlled by us. Some historical or promotional images may not initially have complete alternative text. We will work to improve issues brought to our attention.
